In this video, I discuss a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision that limits federal courts from reviewing factual errors that occurred during a discretionary immigration proceeding. Specifically, if a person is seeking adjustment of status and a factual error occurred that leads to a denial or removal order, a federal judge cannot review and correct the problem.
